Sharp, but delicate. Aug 12, 2010

These tweezers are so sharp, I feel like they could double as a weapon, so be careful! The metal ends are very, very fine and thin. They are actually so fine and delicate, however, that one of the two pairs of tweezers I ordered arrived badly bent, even with the protective cap meant to prevent such things.
Tweezers like these would not be useful for anything that requires much of any leverage, but the job I needed them for, they were suitable. I didn't want to fuss with a return on the damaged tweezers, so I manually bent them back into place and used them for a different project in their imperfect state.
They did what I wanted them to, though I deduct one star for the arrival of the product damaged. The seller surely must be aware these are delicate tweezers and so I feel they could have taken additional steps to protect them before mailing. Overall, I was pleased with a fairly inexpensive tweezer with such a fine tip and I feel that, if I am careful to protect the tips of my tweezers when not in use, it will be a long lasting tool for me.
