5Brilliant! exactly as envisioned, only better  Apr 06, 2009 By M. Christenson
Some weeks ago, after yet another irritating instance of my left lens screw coming loose and having no ready means save the tip of my pocketknife for resecuring it, I had this idea or vision of an eyeglass screwdriver on a keychain that one could always have on hand. I figured it was such a brilliant idea that surely it couldn't be wholly original, so a couple days later I looked for such a thing here on Amazon, and found this product. It was exactly what I'd had in mind, only better--the addition of a phillips head on the other end, the textured exterior for delicate control, and the tiny rubber o-rings to prevent accidental disintegration, were nice touches.

Throw in a reasonable price and free shipping and it was a no-brainer.

As luck would have it, the item arrived in the mail precisely when I needed it (again), and performed exactly as I hoped.

If you are in the market for a very convenient eyeglass screwdriver that looks stylish (or at least unobtrusive) on a keychain and is compact and functional, look no further. I am very pleased with this purchase.

4Handy, decent quality  Sep 05, 2009 By Nathan T. Peirce
At a cost of $8.79 at the present time, including shipping, this is a wonderful deal. It's very handy for small screws, decent overall quality, tight threading, looks good on your key chain, and in a pinch could maybe double as a self-defense weapon.

4Very useful until the driver heads get lost.  Apr 15, 2011 By B. Pearce
I got one of these about 6 years ago from my eye doctor's office. It is a great thing to have handy if the screws in your glasses tend to loosen over time. It also works well for other small screws like those found in a netbook.

Unfortunately, I lost the screwdriver heads a few years ago. The bottom half probably vibrated loose and fell off somewhere.

I found an alternative but I suspect it is no more likely to stay together: SCREWDRIVER - Commando Mini Precision Pocket Screwdriver with Key Ring and Double Ended Screwdriver Blade (.087" Flat & #0 Phillips Tips) Blade Stores Inside Attractive Clear Anodized Pro Series Handle

5Best Little Device Ever  Oct 11, 2009 By G. P. Neer
Well made unit, keeps a needed tool handy without needing any extra space in you pocket. If you have glasses with screws, you'll eventually need this.
