Works well for trucks May 19, 2007
By R.B. The length is long enough to get it where it needs to go and still allow you to read it well. The dual head gives you two ways and even with some bad positions it was possible to use it. The gauge part also swivels so its easy to read. Easy to use. And these gauges last a while.
*Update* July 2011
Didn't notice until recently, that above the gauge where the pressure release is at the top end of it just before the hose, it can be taken apart. It may unscrew a bit over time and you may notice the symptoms of that loss of air escaping there. Just tighten it back up to fix.
That said, the gauge is still working like brand new.

didn't last very long Jun 07, 2008
By J. Futchko I've been using this gauge to do DOT truck inspections for the last 2 months and now the pressure release button is doing just that, releaseing the pressure whether it's pressed or not, requiring the gauge be kept pressed on the tire stem until you read it

Higher range of readout than most. Dec 31, 2006
By ML-L This gauge has a much wider range of readout than most so it will work well on small cars all the way to big trucks. It has a nice large dial. The cord is just the right length.

Very Inaccurate Feb 06, 2011
By Goldrush Just got my unit the other day, and compared the reading to 3 of my other gauges. This unit read 31# while my others were in the 36.5-37.0# range. Mine is going back as soon as I can get it out. BTW, it smells awful -- don't bring it in your house. Not a good choice -- at least for me.

Convenient but not accurate Sep 20, 2008
By Duane Scaggs Bleed and short hose are convenient but gauge was off by >5 PSI. After disassembling and adjusting needle now reads correct but disappointing to have to repair. And yea, the rubber smells bad - removing rubber case and washing in soapy water minimized smell.
