Wow what an Amazing Light Apr 02, 2008
By James Beverly I bought this light about 2 weeks ago. After receiving it and putting in some fresh batteries I was amazed at how bright it is. Lets just say this, I have a lot of flashlights because I always seem to be losing them but this light is by far the brightest flashlight I own.
First you have a nice sized maglite style light, its sleek fits well in your hand and with its comfortable soft-grip it feels good in your hand. Let me just say I dare somebody to find a better built light for this type of money.
I uploaded a few pictures to show the difference between one of my standard flashlights and the new "ultra bright" flashlight. Pictures can hardly do justice the quality of this light when they call it an "Ultra Bright" light they were not joking.
I give it 2 thumbs up.

let there be light! and there was light! Oct 26, 2008
By Eskimo Roll i was hesitant at first to purchase this product because of the lead issue, but i still did because i like the fact that it only uses 2 c batteries. i am a collector of flashlights, i have Surefire G2 Nitrolon, Inova X1, Streamlight Key Mate, Fenix Tk11, so i thought this will be a nice addition, i dont regret my purchase because light output from this torch is at par with my Fenix tk 11 at a fraction of the price. when they say ultra-bright...indeed it is ULTRA-Bright! great product! my only comment is the batteries inside shake when you shake the flash light, but doesnt affect the light output.

I am happy with this flashlight, but I'm not sure if you couldn't perhaps find a more useful light for thr money? The light is very bright, but pretty large also. If a bright light is what you want, buy one. You won't be disappoited.
bright and energy effiecent Dec 27, 2010
By jeffrey E Bell I have 3 of these little lights. Brightest LED light I have found for its size. Its 150 lumens. Its as bright as an LED spot light. Battery life lasts 5 times longer than a standard halogen bulb. Everyone that uses my light wants to know where i got it. Luv it
Useful, quality is OK Nov 17, 2009
By Huong Thu Chan It's a nicely sized outdoors flashlight, it is extremely bright and the batteries seem to last forever. It's smaller than the heavy-duty maglites, so it's comfortable to hold. It's a little over 10" long and 1" in shaft diameter.
Quality is something to be desired. It rattles, and any movement to the battery cap may do strange things. Sometimes it will not work unless you adjust the cap, other times light flickers with movement. 90% of the time, however, it stays steady.
I've taken it camping, and it lights up a significant portion of the area. It overpowers the light produced from your CCFL bulbs at home, although barely. It is not a good working light for tight corners as it is heavy and creates large amounts of glare. You will blind yourself using this to work in a computer case. Take it outdoors.
Yes, there is lead paint on the surface. You should be fine if you're not licking your flashlight.
