This key Chain Magnifier is just what the doctor ordered. It is becoming increasingly harder and harder to read the fine print on some retail packaging, especially like watch battery packaging and such. This is a good way to compensate for inferior size printing. Why our government or someone in authority doesn't address this issue I don't understand. In our society there is to many manufactures getting away with making the printing so small on packaging that you need to be a hawk or ant to be able to read it. Less advertisement on the packaging and larger letters/numbers please:-) All kidding aside this is a really neat item to have especially for those folks getting older so if you want to buy that older person you know a unique gift, this is it!

There is nothing real special about this magnifier but I wanted one that would fit on the keychain so I would always have it with me, mainly when grocery shopping and this fits the bill. Previously I had one of those thin credit card magnifiers that I kept in my wallet but the optical clarity plus the weak strength was terrible. This one is better in both regards. The case could be a bit more rugged but it probably should hold up ok. Probably about right for the money.

Product is exactly as described. Initial shipment was lost in the mail, but the company promptly replaced the lost shipment at no additional cost to me. Very friendly customer service.

This is a convenient size for my purse - I need to carry a magnifier around as the print on some product labels is so small I can't read it even though I wear contact lenses.
It magnifies clearly, but sometimes it seems like too much magnification for me for such a small magnifier (I never used magnify and it's derivatives four times in a sentence before!) It tends to take longer to zero in on what I'm trying to see. This is a personal idiosyncrasy - the product is exactly as described.
