6X New Pocket Magnifier. This is a new 6X folding pocket magnifier. The glass lens used in this folding pocket magnifier provides durability for a long life. The durable plastic swing-away case not only provides a protective cover for the lens, but serves as a handle as well. It has a 2" (51 mm) focal distance and a 2" (51 mm) lens diameter. Measures approximately 3 1/4" x 2 1/2" x 9/16" (83 x 64 x 14 mm) closed and 6 1/16" x 2 1/2" x 9/16" (154 x 64 x 14 mm) open.

By G. Gould This one doesn't seem to be the same quality as others I have. The case is tricky to open until you get the hang of it. It's at least a 1/2 inch thick, so a bit bulky for pocket or purse--there are others with thinner cases and stronger magnification. But, it works, and that's what matters.
