 Cleaning Trays Cracked Nov 19, 2005

Inside this unit there are 2 cleaning trays, one for the cleaning solution and the other for water to rinse. Each tray has a cup coming out the bottom which is used to lock the tray into the device. After only 3 uses the base of the one cup cracked. After about 6 more uses the other bottom cracked. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

It does a wonderful job of cleaning jewelry. My ring sparkles more than it did when I first got it :)
It is made of plastic and will break quickly. Less than a year the on/off switch broke off and I have to use a toothpick to work the cleaner. It was cheap machine, so I should have know it wouldn't last forever. It works great, just be VERY careful with it to keep it from breaking.

This is the cheapest piece of junk I've ever had the pleasure of getting as a gift. My daughter gave me this for Christmas and spent her own money on it and I felt so bad I gave her her money back. Unfortunately we bought it from another online source and the cost to return it isn't worth the hassle. It DOES NOT CLEAN. It loosens dirt .... same effect could be had by just soaking your jewelry in a liquid jewelry cleaner. You still have to manually brush behind stones and in crevices to get your items clean. Waste of cheap plastic. Waste of time. Waste of MONEY !! I don't care how cheap you can buy one of these for .... DON'T !!! If it was at all possible to give it NEGATIVE STARS I would have.

I was very pleased with the cleaner for exactly 2 (two) cleanings. Then I noticed that the tray on one side was loose. Upon further inspection I could see that the whole
locking assembly was cracked in several places. When I took the second tray out the locking assembly fell apart in my hand.La Sonic Supreme Jewelry Cleaner - (White) If the product works well, it should
be made well. This is NOT.
