Burr tool Mar 14, 2010
By harry lost
"good deed"
I just recieved my Carbide tool set. Very quickly by the way. It comes in a nice plastic case. These cutters are just as I had hoped they would be. Quality here is high. Case has "Neiko Tools USA". Not really sure of Country of Origin though... The name Neiko leads me to beleive these are made in Japan. These are quarter inch shanked. Most die grinders use 1/8 & 1/4 collets a USA standard.
I think anyone looking for a quality set of these tools will be happy with this set. The price here is good. I just wish it were Free shipping eligable. {My reason for 4 stars.}
BTW: These tools can help remove old studs by simply grinding flats to allow your wrench to get a better grip. Some of those specialty tools just won't grab no matter how much you try to get them to work.

Very nice set May 18, 2011

This is a very impressive set of carbide burs that come in an equally impressive case that resembles diamond cut metal but is plastic with metal hinges and a metal clasp. The quality of the burs is very high and come close to the tungsten carbide Saits that I usually use; the difference being $20.00 per Sait, and $35.00 for this set of eight, and of course the tungsten can cut harder material. If the hardest thing you are cutting is mild steel, then these should do fine and you don't need to spend the extra money on a tungsten set. I am very happy with this purchase.

Burr set Jun 08, 2011
By Darren Great set for the money. I use these at work for automotive repair and so far they have been working as good as a $180 set.

Good burrs for a good price May 12, 2011
By M. Winkelmann Good price for a decent set of Burrs. I used them to remove the inside weld from 1/4in square tubing and they did it with ease. The burr I used for the task is still sharp after removing a total of 6 feet of welds. Satisfied.

Decent Quality Carbide Burrs Aug 24, 2010
By Gideon's_Test I needed some carbide burrs to port my stock exhaust manifold. I found the round nose tree to be the most helpful burr. Overall, they seem to be holding up well. They cut with authority. I have my compressor set to approximately 70psi and I can remove material as quickly as I as like. I am satisfied with this purchase.
