"indescribably good"
I don't know how well this will work because I bought it AFTER the flooded basement. Hopefully a dryer sheet won't cost me $4000 next time. Looks solid and well built (by today's standards) and the cord is nice and long with a piece of velcro, a nice added feature, which shows consideration for the home owner. Maybe I'll test it after I finish cutting up all the trees that fell during the storm.
