Stronger than I ever imagined. Aug 19, 2010 I purchased these magnets for use on the standard size, hard plastic, name badges that I wear at work. My co-workers have seen how well they work and how strong the magnet is and I have shared them with 9 people so far. We were all tired of losing the small pin caps that came with the badges and being poked by the pin if the small cap fell off or was lost. This solves our problem completely. I have one left and so I am reordering.
