The glasses work as promised and fit reasonably well, but they're really cheap: the hinges and frame seem to be made of PVC, the same kind of plastic used in scale model kits. They're just spare reading glasses for me, but I'd have to say they're really not worth the $9.19 I spent.

I've purchased more expensive readers from Pearle in the $20-$25 range. I looked at these not only for the price, but also because the lenses were larger than what I've used in the past.
When I received the glasses, I immediately noticed the flimsiness. The frame was light and the lenses moved around in the frames. The lenses themselves, though, did a great job of magnification.
After two or three uses, paying attention to treating them gently due to the flimsy construction, the frames broke at the bridge, regardless.
